“The 25th (Extraordinary) General Meeting” was held on Friday, November 8th at the Amagasaki Plant of Yanmar Power Technology Co. Ltd. The interim business report and interim income and expenditure statement for FY2024 were discussed and approved at the general meeting. In addition, one officer (director) retired, and one new officer was appointed. A total of 52 people attended, including the secretariat and media. Afterwards, a social gathering was held with a total of about 50 people in attendance, and all events were successfully concluded.
